RACF Connector 9.1.0.17, LDAP Gateway Install For V8.4.3, Lacks Sample Files For Replication (Doc ID 2893444.1)

Goal

LDAP Gateway v8.4.3, included in RACF Adv Connector 9.1.0.17, does not install the sample files required to complete section 2.13 of the manual for replication and high availability. The "samples" folder is completely missing in this fresh install.

Please advise whether we should install an older LDAP Gateway to retrieve these files or if Oracle can provide a specific download that is certified for v8.4.3. The files are part of the v6.x versions of the gateway, but with two significant version increments, they may not be valid for the current release.
