Additional Icon of Sql Developer Created in Taskbar when Launched from Pinned Icon (Doc ID 2894071.1)

Symptoms

On Windows SQL*Developer 22.X, a new icon of SQL Developer application GUI is opened in the taskbar even if Sql Developer is pinned.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Unpin all Sql Developer icons from taskbar + close all Sql Developer sessions.

2. Pin(Right click – Pin to taskbar)the sqldeveloper.exe from <DRIVE>\sqldeveloper-22.2.0.173.2018-x64\sqldeveloper\sqldeveloper.exe

3. When a new session of Sql Developer is opened, a new icon is created for Sql Developer in the taskbar.

Changes

 sqldeveloper.exe was pinned to taskbar when there was no active session of Sql Developer.
