Symptoms

When loading files from Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and Data Integration Hub (DIH) using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.4, special characters (such as diacritic) are not transferred with the correct character set and are replaced by question marks in the target table. The knowledge module used is LKM MultiFiles to Oracle (SQLLDR), which is provided by and specific to OFSAA.
