Symptoms

In a multi-node cluster environment, the customer intermittently encounters "unique constraint (B2BPROD_SOAINFRA.HEADERS_PROPERTIES_PK) violated" using the JMS adapter. This is causing transactions to fail and rollback. It causes messages to go out of sync
