Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12.2.1.4.220703 patch_oim_wls.sh Script Failure With Insufficient Privileges (Doc ID 2896183.1)

Symptoms

When upgrading to OIG 12.2.1.4 with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Bundle Patch (BP) 12.2.1.4.220703 installed during the upgrade, the patch_oim_wls.sh fails with Insufficient Privilege when executing Oim12cps4_upg_ent_trg_fix.sql

The issue only occurs for a OIG 12.2.1.4 upgraded environment that includes installing OIM BP 12.2.1.4.220703 during the upgrade.  This does not happen for a fresh install of OIG 12.2.1.4.

 

Changes

 During a OIG 12.2.1.4 upgrade, apply OIM BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.220703.
