Platform: Linux x86-64 RHE 8

Upgrading the environment from oracle forms and report from 11g to 12c. Configured OID based security for the reports server in rwserver.conf:

<property name="oidAppEntity" value="orclApplicationCommonName,cn=Reports,cn=Products, cn=OracleContext"/>
<property name="oidUrl" value="ldap://<LDAP SERVER>:<LDAP PORT>"/>
<property name="oidPasswdKey" value="csf:reports:oidPasswd_reports"/>
</security>

Attempting to start the reports server fails with this error:
