Goal

In OIG 12c 12.2.1.4.0 for Office 365 12.2.1.3 Connector: No connection to target system

The Office 365 connector is created and configured on the Oracle Identity Governance 12c server (12.2.1.4.0) with the application data created on the Office 365 server according to the connector documentation.
When executing the Connection test, it presents the following error:
