All ODI Java Processes (agent.cmd, startcmd.cmd, startscen.cmd) Hang After Having Applied Microsoft Windows Updates (Doc ID 2897169.1)

After having applied Microsoft Windows Software updates, all Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Java processes (agent.cmd, startcmd.cmd, startscen.cmd,etc) hang.

When executed from command prompt, after hitting enter on the command, nothing is returned, and no logs or errors are generated.

At a same time, non-Java commands such as "setODIDomainEnv.cmd" work as expected.
