Goal

We are looking for any answers or documentations related to these questions:
1. Will there be an effort to re-open and save composites, ear, war, etc.. resources if they are developed and deployed in a 12.2.1.2 on-prem?
2. Is there any considerations for configuration and deployment going from that source lower version to higher version in OCI SOA MP?
