Goal
There is an issue with future (user start date is after current date) rehires. Issue is whenever there is a reconciliation event for such user, their accounts are getting enabled on the same day. When we check the user status in the USR table, it displays as 'Disabled Until Start Date'. However, the accounts are getting enabled.
The expectation is that the 'Enable User' task should not be to triggered, but it is. In addition, the expectation is that the 'Change User Status' task should be triggered, but it is not. It is seen that the user status is changing from 'Disabled' to 'Disabled Until Start Date' but the user is 'Enabled.
