Multiple SOA Composites using FTP Adapter were failed to load (Doc ID 2897429.1)

Symptoms

In SOA 12.2.1.3.0 version after server restart multiple SOA composite which were using FTP adapter were failed to load and deploy.
In EM console those composites were showing status as  "Unknown".
The following errors were seen in the managed server logs:

There were such different errors for different composites and the connection factories they use.
