Multiple Publish Sessions Running to Same Destination

We are able to have multiple publish sessions to same destination:
- Steps to replicate:
1) Approve asset1 for pubtargetA
2) Navigate to Admin UI --> Publishing --> select pubtargetA destination and click Publish
3) While publish is still running go back to Contributor UI and use Approve and Publish function on asset2

Result:
- Both publishes are able to run simultaneously to same publish destination.
