Questions on Deprecated Low Memory Parameters in WebLogic Server

Goal
In the Help info for the Oracle Weblogic Admin console version 12.2.1.4 the following parameters are documented:
- Low Memory GC Threshold
- Low Memory Granularity Level
- Low Memory Sample Size
But there parameters are not seen in the WebLogic Admin console.
1. Are these parameters deprecated?
2. Is there any alternative method for getting information about a Low memory condition?
3. Is there any parameter available (in the domainRuntime() MBean) which specifies the Garbage Collection(GC) frequency ?
