Application Deployment Fails with "java.io.IOException: Connection closed, EOF detected" (Doc ID 2898291.1)

Symptoms

When performing deployment using WLST or 3rd party TeamCity tool with one or more managed servers are in running state, the deployment  fails with below message:


If all the managed servers are shutdown and then perform deployment task, it is successful.
