Add/Remove filter screen disappering in EM Console in case of screen resolution is higher (Doc ID 2898563.1)

Once clicking Add/Remove Filters, panel opens and disappears immediately within a second. . Second try , panel opens (doesn't disappear) but clients are not able to apply the filter as panel becomes idle/unresponsive.
