IPM Migration Tool is Missing Files Upon Reconciliation (Doc ID 2899001.1)

The Migration client and tool has been used to export over 50 million records. During a reconciliation of the exported files, there is a difference between what should have been exported and what has exported.  Errors are not being reported.

In troubleshooting, the thread count has been changed, and the memory has been increased on the servers. Logging has also been reduced. None of these things has helped.

What would be the best way to proceed here?
