Coherence SelectionService and Selector Thread consumes 50% of CPU on Windows (Doc ID 2899042.1)

Goal

Observing CPU starvation on Windows 2019 servers on which Oracle Forms & Reports 12.2.1.4 is installed. There are 3 applications installed on 2 managed servers. When CPU starvation happens most of the CPU percentage is used by this managed servers and lot of ports are open on the VM by managed server processes.

JFRs show that SelectionService and Selector Thread consume high CPU (50% and 42%).
