Unable to Resize FMW Config Wizard Screen Which Is Too Small (Doc ID 2899681.1)

Symptoms

Installed FMW binaries.
Run RCU with no issue.
While running ./config.sh, wizard display is too small.
Parameter "-width=800 -height=600" doesn't make any difference.
