Background
OAM OAuth REST API documentation doesn't specify how to list all OAuth Identity Domains.
Can list all domains, but the responses sent by the API are text/plain and are not JSON formatted.
Even if specifying header "Accept: application/json".
For other methods specified by OAuth REST API it works fine, if specifying header "Accept: application/json" then a response is received as JSON formatted.
It is required that the functionality to get all identity domains with response in JSON format.
