OAA Admin Console Access Fails " System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator"

Oracle Advanced Authentication (OAA) integrated with Oracle Access Manager (OAM)

**Scenario**
User access the OAA Admin Console
Results in the following error message :

Update OAM OAuth Client endpoints with OAA IP address, the redirection works fine that is, user able to access OAA console & no issue in redirection.
Update OAM OAuth Client endpoints with OAA Hostname fails
