Getting Errors "Invalid credentials specified. Please try again" and "The User does not exist in the policy store" When Logging in to Imaging (Doc ID 2900480.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from 11.1.1.9 to 12.2.1.4, when attempting to login to Imaging with AD credentials, the following error was returned:

"Invalid credentials specified. Please try again".

The following error is observed in the log file:

[APP: imaging] [partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: GLOBAL] The User <USER> does not exist in the policy store
