Proxy_fcgi Requests Fail with (20014)Internal error (specific information not available) (Doc ID 2900671.1)

Symptoms

Intermittently proxy_fcgi proxy POST requests fail with error 400.
eg. 1 out of 457 POST requests failed with error 400 in 10 mins.

Issue reproduces with both PHP-PFM Unix Socket and Unix Port.
 
access.log:

tcpdump shows
-OHS initiated FIN in frame:299561
-Client completed sending of data to OHS and last OHS ACK in frame:299588
-This tcpdump is between OHS and PHP-PFM process and does not include trace of other component in the topology
