When Accessing the 'Category Or Folder' Browse Button, Unable to Expand Retention Category List (Doc ID 2900999.1)

Goal

After setting up the records adapter, when accessing the "Category or Folder Browse" button on the Content Server, a window opens showing the Retention Category and Favorites, however, nothing happens when selecting the + sign to expand these sections.

Have confirmed that this works as expected on URM
