Compiler Threads Caused CPU Spike to WebLogic Server (Doc ID 2901285.1)

Symptoms

High CPU is observed on Weblogic Server which caused halt to Application requests. By checking the TOP command and Thread dump output Compiler Threads caused the high CPU usage.
