Goal
AllFilter class is a collection of all the different filters added in order to search. Is the order in which added the filters were matter? For example - if the first filter returns only nnn records out of nnnn, then will the second filter only work on nnn entries? Does the order matter? Trying to understand the internal working so that one can fine-tune and gain some performance for API.
