Downgrade of ResultSet concurrence happened on lock timeout, it causes taking twice as long for the timeout. (Doc ID 2901919.1)

Symptoms

When using ResultSet.CONCUR_UPDATABLE,

"SELECT FOR UPDATE WAIT <n>" statement does not occur a lock timeout(ORA-30006) in the specified seconds , it occurs downgrade.

When a downgrade occurs, a new lock timer starts and then times out (ORA-30006).

so, it takes twice as long for the timeout.
