Symptoms
Implicit checkouts after deleting referenced assets are not shown in Checkouts widget.
STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an revision tracked asset and add some asset references.
2. Try to delete the referenced assets by removing the references.
3. Now main asset is not seen in Checkout widget.
4. Go to Clear checkout in Admin UI, the asset is seen as checkout.
