Using WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 12.2.1.3.220329, planning to upgrade 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4.

Even though set ' -Dweblogic.upgradeExpirationDate=YYYY-MM-DDT24:00', the following error is thrown in WLS server log.

Upgrade from WebLogic 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4, there are the two WLS version in the cluster.
