On : 11.1.1.2.0 version, Forms Utilities and API
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users navigate to WAM homepage with links to Forms. When user clicks a link, for example Business Rules, Instead of going to form you are seeing a blank page instead.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to access Business Rules Page Form as it is working in PROD, UAT, TST, and DEV. Just this particular instance is not working.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access WAM homepage
2. Click link Business Rules Link.
