Symptoms

After performing 11.1.1.8.0 delivery instance to 12.2.1.4.0. upgrade, below message is seen after login:
"NO APPLICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THIS SITE".

 

Below error was seen in sites.log:



Changes

 Upgraded from 11.1.1.8.0 delivery instance to 12.2.1.4.0.
