Capture Commit Processor Throws Error "The transform exceeded the export timeout and was interrupted" on Large Documents (Doc ID 2904259.1)

Capture Commit Processor failures happen on larger documents after installing a bundle patch upgrade.

The error is:

"oracle.odc.exception.CommitException: An error occurred during commit process.

The "transform exceeded the export timeout and was interrupted" as well as other OILink errors are reported in the Capture workspace.

Installed Capture Patch 34404284: OWEC Bundle Patch 12.2.1.4.220720.
Problem also occurs with Patch 33516720: OWEC Bundle Patch 12.2.1.4.211028
