Symptoms

After upgrade to OIG 12.2.1.3, the Reconciliation job runs successfully and reconciliation events get generated but are stuck in "Data Received" state.

Using WebLogic Console, go to Services > Messaging > JMS Modules > OIMJMSModule > oimReconQueue > Monitoring 

Shows Messages Pending but none Consumed.
