Symptoms

Using OIM/OIG, SOA installed on WLS 12.2.1.4. After upgrading the OIM/OIG from11g to 12c PS4, the client able to successfully send the messages to the UDQ but the OIG client is not able to consume the message back. Debug logs shows that the consumer is set to false.
