Symptoms
Oracle Traffic Director 11.1.1.9.0 B12/16/2016 04:16 is running on Exalogic with OS OEL 6.8. Per Oracle recommendation the OTD is patched with APR2019 patch (the latest/last patch for OTD 11g ). After the patching some of the consumers are not able to communicate with patched OTD with the following error:
