Symptoms

The customer reported several issues, including
- During the startup they see java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.bpm.bac.ejb.interfaces.BacServiceRemote.
- Coherence related error:
(thread=[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)', member=2): Error while starting service "oracle.wls.internal.wsm:OWSMReplicatedCache": com.tangosol.net.RequestTimeoutException: Timeout during service start: ServiceInfo(Id=9, Name=oracle.wls.internal.wsm:OWSMReplicatedCache, Type=ReplicatedCache
- There are STUCK threads showing class loading coming from groovy code
- There are STUCK threads on the ADF code.
- After completing the startup the WLS server got killed
