Intermittent FRM-93652 Error When Exiting Called Form (Doc ID 2905643.1)

Symptoms

FRM-93652 error occurs intermittently when exiting a called form.

Error occurs in the following scenario:   Main form (form A) calls another form (form B) using call_form(). If you try to return to form A from form B using (ESC key, which is linked to KEY-EXIT and calls exit_form), FRM-93652 occurs intermittently.

However, if you use the X on the screen, error does not occur.

Errors:

FRM-93657: Runtime process 12128 is terminating due to exception c0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION).
FRM-93658: Stack trace for runtime process 12128 is being written to file <>\trace\frmweb_dump_12128.
FRM-93652: The runtime process has terminated abnormally.

Forms application files (PLL, MMB, FMB) compiled with the compile_all=yes option.
Latest Windows DB bundle patch applied on top of FMW.

Changes

 Upgraded to Forms 12c.
