Search from ODSM Fails with Error "LDAP: error code 3 - Timelimit Exceeded" (Doc ID 2906301.1)

Symptoms

OID 12.2.1.4

Login to ODSM

Under Data Browser tab, search for any entry and it fails the following error:

Time Limit Exceeded. Failed.[[
Host='OID IP'
Details: [LDAP: error code 3 - Timelimit Exceeded] javax.naming.TimeLimitExceededException: [LDAP: error code 3 - Timelimit Exceeded];

Solution given in Doc ID 2497891.1 is already in place, still the error happens
