Question about most time consuming step of 12.2.1.4 ua for DB upgrade
We are following the steps for upgrading from SOA 11.1.1.0 to 12.2.1.4
https://docs.oracle.com/en/middleware/fusion-middleware/12.2.1.4/fupss/introduction-oracle-soa-suite-and-business-process-management-upgrade.html#GUID-92A61938-3AC1-417C-B990-A834AF90E8B3
We have run "ua" for the DB upgrade and it looks like it worked.
However we have a question about the instances it upgraded. It upgrades a few hundred every 5 minutes as you can see below. It does this for the first 60,000 or so, and then completes another 500,000 within 10 or 15 mins. After that, it continues upgrading the "closed" instances with a DB background job. We have a total of about 2.2 million, mostly closed.
So the question is. How can we identify the 60,000 instances that were upgraded? We believe we can purge a large number, but how can we positively identify them?
