ORA-01017: invalid username/password: When Running the OWB to ODI Migration Utility (Doc ID 2906635.1)

All entries were verified in the migration.config by comparing to OWB and ODI connections.

Symptoms

On : 11.2.0.4 version, OWB to ODI Migration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
"ORA-01017: invalid username/password" When Running the OWB to ODI Migration Utility


The migration.config is correct and when running the migration.sh the error is returned.
The passwords have been verified in SQL*Plus and ODI.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The migration.log and migration.report should show the connection and details when running in a mode other than FAST_CHECK

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the migration.config file
2. Run the migration, migration.bat/sh, "ORA-01017: invalid username/password" is returned.
