Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In 12.2.1.2.0 production, a deployed composite generates an XML document with a namespace as expected. But after upgrading to 12.2.1.4.0, the namespace is missing for the XML document.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that the XML document should be generate with a namespace in 12.2.1.4.0, just as it was in 12.2.1.2.0.
