Symptoms

As per below document upgraded ORDS to 22.3.1 to avail fix for BUG 34709325 - 404 NOT FOUND - THE PROCEDURE NAMED APEX_AUTHENTICATION.CALLBACK COULD NOT BE ACCESSED AFTER ORDS UPGRADE TO 22.3

ORDS 22.3 Error 404 Not Found - The procedure named apex_authentication.callback could not be accessed (Doc ID 2905036.1)

 Running ORDS/APEX requests shows below error.

HTTP 400 Bad Request Error

Changes

 Upgaded ORDS with 22.3.1 version.
