Symptoms

Kerberos authentication was working fine until you applied KB5019966. After that, kerberos authentication failed with following error in the log 

 

 Your setup may already have AES128 or AES256 working before applying KB5019966

Changes

Apply Miscrosoft patch KB5019966 on Domain Controller
