Symptoms

An ADF 11.1.1.9.0 application has a page with the following code



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
After migrating to ADF 12.2.1.4.0, when clicking on the image in the <af:goLink> no popup is shown.
The same code rendered a popup when on ADF 11.1.1.9.0.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
The behavior shown by ADF 11.1.1.9.0 should be preserved.
