Symptoms
When processing invoices, the below error occurs when access a queue task:
The task you selected cannot be acquired.
ORABPEL-30501 exception code: 30501 exception type: ERROR exception severity2 exception name. Error in authentication user. exception. description: Error in Authenticating and creating a workflow context for user jazn.com/<username>.
exception fix: Verify that the user credentials and identity service configurations are correct.
Also seeing the below errors:
No LDAP connection available to process request for DN=<group_name>
