DataSource Creation Failed when Wallet is Used to Store Database Credentials and the DataSource is Targeted to a Cluster (Doc ID 2913737.1)

Symptoms

Wallet is created following steps from below document:

Administering JDBC Data Sources for Oracle WebLogic Server

12 Creating and Managing Oracle Wallet

But when using the wallet during datasource creation the following error occurs on the /console:

When targeting the same wallet to the Admin Server, the test connection goes successfully. Only when targeting the datasource to a cluster does the error occur.
