Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, OSB Installer
get error CFGFWK-64069 during create osb and bam domain
after install oracle infra 12.2.1.4 then install oracle osb 12.2.1.4 and create RCU then
during run create domain wizard in choose Templates window get the following error when choose (business activity monitoring [soa] ) template ;
