Purpose

This document should help guide engineers in migrating existing 12.2.1.4.x or higher Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) systems from on-premises environments to the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with the back-end database migrating to Oracle's Autonomous Database that is available in OCI.

Scope

This is intended for identity WebLogic administrators and database administrators with some exposure to the Autonomous Database (ADB) and Administrative permissions within their OCI tenancy.
