Wrong Translation In Show Keys Runtime Oracle Forms While using Dutch Language (Doc ID 2914024.1)

Oracle Forms is using NLS_LANG as DUTCH_THE NETHERLANDS.WE8MSWIN1252

Symptoms

 When running Oracle Forms in Dutch language and activating [Show keys] (builtin show_keys) the title of the "Key" is translated into "Sleutel". This is not correct because the Dutch word "Sleutel" is a key to open a door. The right translation is "Toets".
