Enhancement Request:Defining A Unique Log File For Each Of The Oracle Tuxedo Server's Instances
(Doc ID 2914320.1)
Last updated on DECEMBER 12, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle Tuxedo - Version 12.2.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The user requested a new feature option to define a separate log file for the Tuxedo application server's each process ID (PID).
e.g. for the following server
All MIN=3 instances (PID) of simpserv will share the same stderr file simpserv.err and stdout file simpserv.out. Customer want, the option to configure separate 3 unique stderr/stdout for MIN=3 instances (and 5 unique stderr/stdout, if the server spawn MAX=5 instances).
Feature to define separate stderr, stdout log files for Tuxedo application server's each PID, could not see that such a feature is available in the documentation.
