Coherence Extend Proxy Client Performance Degradation Due to Near Cache Use TCP Initiator Stuck (Doc ID 2914478.1)

Symptoms

Customer reported that performance degradation for the clients in communication to proxy service. The requests from the Extend Clients become slower and slower until the threads of the client are all blocked. Intermittent threads being BLOCKED causing extend*client performance going suboptimal and then thread exhaustion for the clients.
